Jeff Matsuura of ALG just returned from a stint in New Zealand as a Fulbright Senior Scholar on the law faculty of the University of Otago. While there, he wrote an article for Comptuterworld, "Regulatory Compliance in the Cloud," about the legal and regulatory issues presented by cloud computing.
